Receiving frozen products

  1. 1Check that the packaging is intact and the product is frozen solid.
  2. 2Check the production and expiration dates on the pack.
  3. 3If the packaging is damaged or the product has thawed, refuse it and return it.
  4. 4After receiving, put the product in the freezer (−18°C) as soon as possible.
